  • You need to give a 1-month notice via official email to cancel
  • Before cancellation, you can download all your data in Excel from the Reports section
  • Data will be automatically deleted after 2 months of inactivity
  • If you want immediate deletion, send an email from the Super Admin account

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using DocuProjects, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
2. Nature of Service
DocuProjects is a cloud-based, pay-as-you-go SaaS platform that may include CRM, quotations, invoices, reports, and related document workflow tools.
3. Prepaid Credits Only
DocuProjects operates strictly on a prepaid credit basis. Users must purchase credits in advance before using any paid feature or service. No postpaid usage, deferred payment, outstanding balance facility, or credit line is provided unless expressly approved in writing by DocuProjects.
4. Payments, Credit Activation, and Refunds
Credits are added only after payment is received and confirmed by DocuProjects. All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes credit purchases, feature usage, service fees, and any other charges paid to DocuProjects.
5. One Company Per Account
Each account is intended for one company only. Separate companies must register separately. Multi-company usage is not allowed unless expressly approved in writing by DocuProjects.
6. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
DocuProjects may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access, with or without notice, where suspicious activity, misuse, fraud, payment concerns, security concerns, legal risk, or breach of these Terms is identified.
7. Data Hosting and Security
Data may be hosted using AWS or other approved infrastructure selected by DocuProjects. Reasonable security measures are applied, but uninterrupted availability and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Data Retention and Inactivity
Data may be retained for up to 2 years or longer where required by applicable law, regulation, audit, dispute, enforcement, or tax obligations. If an account remains inactive for 2 continuous months with no login, no activity, and no official communication from the customer, DocuProjects reserves the right to disable the account and permanently delete associated data.
9. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, backup, and proper use of their data, records, and activity within the platform.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussions and mutual communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
11. Privacy Notice
By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of account, usage, and operational data reasonably required to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
